    The spacious suite featured massive opening windows, nice for fresh air despite the city's noise.

    We found the kitchen amenities lacking. There were no utensils or sufficient cooking equipment available.

    The place was exceptionally clean and staff were excellent, I liked great and incredible location. Overall it was perfectly clean on the upper floors. Their food was brilliant with lots of meals.

    The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay (the airport shuttle service was a lifesaver!).

    After being in Hostels and being stuck in Puno it was a perfect end to a hectic trip just wish i could have stayed the whole night but I had to get a early morning flight.

    the rooms are so big and spaciuos i felt like i was in luxery.

    free internet access in all suites (Wlan + LAN), small kitchen in every room (=every suite), very clean hotel, all the time taxis in front of the hotel (ca. 1€ to city center), located in the financial district, city tour busses start in front of the hotel at Plaza Isabella Catolica

    The suite was roomy and well-furnished. We loved the city view which added a nice touch to our stay. The location was perfect, with several restaurants and shopping options just a short walk away.

    The kitchen amenities were not sufficient for our needs.

    All rooms are suites with a small kitchen, free internet access, hotel safe without charge (e.g. during excursions), Plaza Isabella de Catolica is starting point of the red city tour busses, taxis in front of the hotel all the time, receptionists are very (!) helpful, very clean hotel

    The suite provided a big bedroom and good size living/kitchen area.

    Our room smelt when we checked in, they fixed that straight after we reported it, but for a 5-star property it was disappointing. There was also no complimentary water provided. The mini-bar water was b17, 10 times the price of a bottle from the local supermarket. In addition, it cost extra to use the slippers. For the price, it would be worth their while to include some of these small items.
